We are delighted to be supporting our city centre based clients in their search for a Personal Assistant to join their team. You will be supporting one of their busy directors with their day to day role on a full time permanent basis. Duties: • Provide a high quality secretarial and organisational support service. • Effective management of Outlook diaries, assessing priority of appointments and action as necessary. • Provide support for a wide range of meetings. This will include preparing agendas, meeting papers, taking minutes and following up on action points. • Create reports and Powerpoint presentations. • Deal with all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, re-directing or taking messages and using initiative to deal with queries. • Sorting, distributing and responding to incoming mail in a timely and efficient manner. • Organising and maintaining effective filing systems. • Help to write content for communications. • Managing and maintaining appointments, travel arrangements and diaries • Being first point of contact, responding to emails and other correspondence • Preparation of letters, minutes, presentations and other documents • Boardroom/meeting management along with refreshments • Maintaining databases & spreadsheets • Preparation of administration and requirements for events Skills required: • Proven Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills • Good written and oral communication • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team • Conduct work in confidential manner • Good time management • Good organisational skills Person Specifications: • Flexibility • Enthusiasm • Willingness to learn • Attention to detail • Punctual • Ability to work to tight/spontaneous deadlines Please apply online or email your CV to Laura at Atkinson Moss.
