Performance Development Manager / HR Manager
Fantastic newly-created role at expanding global law firm! Our client is seeking a Performance and Development Manager to lead the implementation and management of a strong performance management prorgramme for associates to ensure that they are optimising their potential.

This role will be solely focused on performance management.
Key responsibilities will include
Building strong relationships with the partner group to gain a thorough understanding of the performance level of each individual associate in the practice group.
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with all associates, ensuring regular dialogue on a one to one basis to discuss performance and development requirements.
Facilitating all performance and development communication between partners and associates.
Implementing and managing a quarterly performance review cycle for associates.
Managing and reviewing performance metrics to ensure all associates are receiving appropriate development opportunities.
In conjunction with the Learning & Development Manager, evaluating training and development requirements of each associate on a quarterly basis.
Reporting to the Head of HR
- London with reports and analysis when required
The ideal candidate will have previous HR Manager or relevant experience, ideally within a legal/professional services firm.
You must have significant performance management and HR operations experience, and a track record of working with senior management.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, and will be self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
Sound judgement, sharp business acumen and excellent communication skills are a must! CIPD qualification is preferred.
