A fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant Organisation in Ashby. If you are an experienced payroll professional and are looking to join a friendly, flexible Organisation, who offers an outstanding salary and benefits package, this role could be for you! Part Time hours would also be considered. My Client are a well established business and have a rare opportunity to join their accounts and payroll team. The role will be focusing on preparing a range of payrolls for a variety of Clients and Businesses, from sole traders through to limited companies. This role isn't just about payroll, there is also an opportunity to develop, if desired to incorporate HR and Bookkeeping responsibilities. Daily Duties include: • Process and manage weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll processes for a variety of Clients. • Processing starters and leavers, P45's and P11D's. • Being the point of contact for Client's with payroll related queries. • Understanding and managing pension enrolments. • Look after CIS subcontractor schemes. • Maintain payroll systems and produce reports as and when required. Ideal candidate will have: • At least 2 years experience managing and processing multiple payrolls. • Knowledge of auto-enrolment pension processes. • Experience using payroll systems; Brightpay or Moneysoft would be an advantage. • Knowledge of job retention/furlough scheme processes. • Experience of CIS scheme. • Excellent interpersonal skills, and confident with dealing with Client queries over the phone. • Excellent IT Skills and attention to detail.
