Patient care coordinator, Customer service, call centre, part time Your new companyHays have the pleasure of working with a growing not for profit organisation who provides medical services within the Shropshire area. Your new roleYou will be working with patients, Health care professionals and services and answering any incoming calls and inputting them into the software as well as making outbound calls to patients to arrange appointments and administrate care plans for long term treatments. Daily administrative duties like photocopying/scanning will be required and you will be required to fax all prescriptions to the appropriate chemist. Your attendance and participation will be required in teams meetings and training sessions and there will be varying shift patterns in and out of hours- weekend work will be required. What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed you will need to work well under pressure and have the ability to multitask. You will need to ensure you stick to strict guidelines and protocols as you will be dealing with sensitive information. Experience working within a call centre environment would be an advantage.
