We’re recruiting for a Partnership Manager contractually based in either Portsmouth or Basingstoke with the flexibility to work remotely and across both office hubs.

This is a fixed-term contract for up to 6 months.

Here’s the facts about the role: You will be responsible for the management of a team of 6 Officers delivering a diverse range of tenancy sustainment services across the full range of tenures to our 30,000 homes in partnership with other agencies.

You’ll take the lead for VIVID in developing partnerships with local authorities and other community agencies to deliver joined up community and tenancy sustainment services for our residents.

This role will lead on our approach to customer engagement and wellbeing support for our customers, you’ll motivate and supervise the team to meet the performance targets and deliver positive customer service.

As part of the VIVID plus team, you’ll provide recommendation and progress reports to the VIVID plus board.

You’ll represent the organisation at stakeholder meetings, creating a positive image and be a strong ambassador whilst encouraging and maintaining effective working relationships ensuring joined up solutions are delivered.

You will need to stay informed of new initiatives, policies or legislation to help the business with developing new ways of working and maintaining good working practices.

You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders in taking the lead for VIVID in promoting digital inclusion and mental health support services for all our residents.

The key to success in this role is the ability develop strategies around digital inclusion and work collaboratively with mental health support services to ensure a continued wellbeing offering to our customers.

You’ll have a relevant professional qualification, be service focused and have a sound understanding of the social housing environment, including regulation and emerging government policy.

It is essential that you hold strong people management skills as well as the ability to present and report senior members.
