Linnworks is well known in the industry for hosting Linn Academy, one of the largest eCommerce conferences in the UK: Linn Academy.Due to continued success and growth, the team at Linnworks are now seeking a dedicated Partner Support Agent to join our team. The role will be remote working with occasional travel to our Head Office in Chichester, West Sussex.The RoleJoining our team as a Partner Support Agent, you will Provide our growing network of partners assistance with technical issues and general set-up questions that they may encounter when working with our clients. Other duties include: • Existing and new partners need a dedicated support resource to ensure that the end customer will receive the excellent service experience that Linnworks is known for • Providing support in the education of new onboarding partners as well as validate them for onboarding certification • Supporting partners via tickets, live chat and phone calls, providing prompt, efficient, detailed, service to our Partners • Proactively looking for solutions to problems and proposing improvements Our ideal candidateAs our ideal Partner Support Agent, you will have proven Project Management experience along with the following: • Excellent written and spoken English • Project Management Experience • Excellent communication skills, open and energetic personality • Customer Service focused mindset • Ability to multi – task, take responsibility and make decisions • Self-motivated with the ability to work using own initiative Desirable: • Previous experience in a support role 2-3 years • Previous experience using Freshdesk/Zendesk or similar ticketingsystem • Ability to work effectively as part of a team with shared objectives and on own initiative • Previous experience in E-Commerce beneficial • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong stakeholder management skills • Experience in delivering training • Experience with Partners beneficial • Macro or API experience beneficial Why join our team?We are a great employer, we work hard, and we play hard and we like to pay it forward.
