We are supporting with their search for an experienced and commercially minded Wealth Protection Partner. This is a unbelievably exciting and rare opportunity and one not to be missed. Our client is a modern and progressive firm seeking an individual who is used to dealing with high quality work and wanting to join a forward-thinking and ambitious firm. Once embedded into the business, the successful Partner will be developing and growing the client base by developing new service offerings with a view to attracting HNW and UHNW clients. Therefore, you must be business development focused, client facing and entrepreneurial to build and develop the Wealth Protection offering. As a Partner, you will work closely with your Wealth Protection team together with the other Private Client Partners and more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team and be able to mentor and oversee the work of Junior Lawyers and Solicitors and help them to progress in their careers. To be considered, you will have experience in the following areas: • Estate administration including cross border administration• Wills including drafting and advising complex wills• Lasting Powers of Attorney• Trusts, establishing, administering and terminating onshore trusts• Tax – knowledge of inheritance tax, capitals gains tax and income tax regimes in relation to trusts and estates• Estate planning for business owners• Family Investment Companies Skills and experience are to include• First class communication skills• A separate tax qualification would be desirable e.g. CTA but is not essential.• A track record of developing new business through networking, external and internal referrals• Experienced in presenting seminars, podcasts, webinars, writing technical articles• Experienced in management and supervision of junior members of the team In return, you will receive an excellent Partner remuneration package that includes; • 35 days holiday• Health Insurance• Private medical insurance• Life Assurance• Car allowance• Flexible working For more information, please do not hesitate to contact me on .
