Part time care assistant? (We call you a CAREGiver!) in Haywards Heath
Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.
Our office was established in 2011 and our mission is to brighten the lives of seniors giving them a sense of purpose, wellbeing & worth. This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care.
Growing older can be very stressful for some people, so can you imagine taking someone out of their home too? Our home care avoids this, and our CAREGivers allow older people to live long and happy lives, whilst promoting their autonomy and independence. Do you want to make a real difference to someone’s life?
Reliable? Over 18 with a car? Friendly with common sense? You don’t need particular qualifications to become a brilliant CAREGiver with us – we provide all the support and training you will need. Some of our longest serving staff who’ve have been with us since we opened nine years ago (and never previously thought about care as a profession) say it’s the best job they’ve ever had! However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or supporting other people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or maybe you have some voluntary experience? You will have a passion for helping others and pride yourself on giving the best possible service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be happy spending time in the company of others.
If you have a passion for caring and the motivation to help us achieve our ambitions, we would love to hear from you.
We encourage applications from all sections of the community as we want to reflect the neighbourhoods in which we work. Home Instead Senior Care is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults and expects all staff to share this commitment. This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure.
