As a Paralegal in estates and agriculture, you will be working with a partner and supporting them in their daily duties including; • preparing first drafts of basic documents • dealing with Land Registry applications and requisitions • preparation of reports on title and auction packs • marketing activities such as writing newsletters and assisting in the preparation of seminars • file opening, archiving and billing To be considered for this Paralegal position you will need: • A law degree or previous paralegal experience • An interest in estates and agriculture or background would be beneficial • Able to meet deadlines • Able to deal with enquiries are deal with them quickly and efficiently • Great analytical and research skills • You will be proactive, motivated and able to manage your workload effectively. • Great Communication skills, since the role will involve plenty of client contact and you will be kept busy on a variety of different transactions • You will be a strong team player and IT literate.
