We are currently looking for a person to join our friendly Heating Services team as an Outbound Sales and Routing Advisor in our Larbert office. This is a full time, Fixed term contract, working Monday-Friday until the end of March 2022. As an Outbound Sales and Routing Advisor you will be responsible for maximising the retention of existing customers and attracting new ones, by communicating with customers at critical times to ensure they remain engaged and do not lapse. You will also be crucial to providing support to the routing process. You will liaise between customers and engineers to optimise schedules and maximise profit and deliver an exceptional level of customer service and will further work to ensure that all administration processes are maintained and expected deadlines are achieved. You will ensure that each engineer within the defined area has a full and productive day’s work, bringing work forward and generating new customers in order to keep engineers productive while undertaking any other activities as requested by a manager within the heating services division. You will be expected to manage phone calls from customer and engineers and assist with any requirements and thus good organisation and communication skills are necessary for this post as an Outbound Sales and Routing Advisor, with a key requirement for previous administration and organisational duties.
