My fantastic global client based in Tewkesbury are a world leader in their industry and are currently recruiting for an Order Processor Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be joining a well-established company who employ 20,000 people worldwide! Responsibilities/Duties -Comply with and always uphold the Company’s QHSE policy and related requirements -Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers -Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships -Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all our customers’ needs and objectives -Process and expedite all related enquiries -Manage any large building projects to ensure the customers’ requirements are met -Liaise with the supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, and finance/credit control departments to ensure on time efficient shipments and to plan for cost effective distribution -Assist in general Customer Service operations when activity is low -Manage defined Key Accounts -Use the Company’s ERP system to manage customer order books to meet delivery dates and communicate to the customer accordingly -Work proactively to ensure customer is kept informed of status of order book Candidate Attributes; -Strong administration, preparations, planning and organisational skills -Excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal skills, -Well developed analytical thinking skills and numerate. -Demonstrates the ability to take initiative and make decisions as required Hours- Monday- Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-3.15pm Salary- Up to £25,000
