Adecco Warrington are on the lookout for a bilingual Operations Technician to join an International business which is expanding at an incredible rate, on a permanent basis. Working in a modern office, based in Warrington, you will be part of a world-class team providing the highest level of support to all Corporate partners and their clients with a premium consistency.

Salary: £35,000 – 38,000 per annum

Full-Time Permanent role with immediate start.

Rotating Shift Pattern on a monthly basis: 8:00am – 4:00pm / 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday

Daily Duties Include:

Take decisions on claims approvals or refusals
Manage technical relationships with dealer workshop repairer's.
Commission an independent expert in cases of a complex nature
Utilise internal software accurately
Deal with email and telephone communication on a daily basisEssential Experience:

NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent
2 – 5 years Auto Mechanics experience in workshop
Strong English communication – verbal and written
IT Literate with Microsoft Packages – Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to compile letter's for customers
Working with teams and coordinate and collaborate to hit individual and collective targets
Ability to communicate constructive feedback to peers and clients
Maintaining rapport with clients and customers
Problem solving skills
Ability to analyse business problems to benefit the organisation
Ability to make decisions alone, respecting company processDESIRED Skills:

European speaker – Fluent in Polish
