Established in 1988, my client is a successful, family-run, fast-growing Commercial Cleaning company based in London. They hold on to the principles and ethics on which they were founded and they are still very much at the heart of what they do today. They have a deeply held commitment to deliver excellent client satisfaction. They provide a broad variety of soft FM/cleaning services for a broad variety of clients across the UK with a network of local offices. They currently have a need for an Operations Support person (this is a full-time permanent position) to be based at their offices in London N21.
This role is part of the Head Office based administration team, with the purpose of providing support to the team of field based operational managers and mobile teams to ensure the highest quality standards are provided to their clients. The operational support team is currently two with the new incumbent making three. The role will involve providing administrative support, managing client accounts, administration, handling complaints (taking ownership and following up some and escalating to the next level for others and general assistance to assist with the smooth running of operations.
For this role candidates should have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), excellent administration and organisational skills with an eye for detail and good IT skills across various platforms. Previous experience in the FM/Cleaning sector in a similar role would be useful. The client will consider applicants at all levels and candidates with previous team management experience in an FM helpdesk environment would be considered for a Operations Support (Manager) role. Portuguese or Spanish language skills and a UK driving license would be useful.
The roles hours of work are Monday to Friday 0900 to 1730.
Salary £23k-£27k (depending on experience) and KPI related bonuses
