As part of the central office team, the Team Support Assistant is responsible for providing recruitment support to our group of 14 care home, help and support with the onboarding of new joiners as well as encouraging the Carebase culture. The main focus of the role is to give outstanding customer care to every applicant, new joiner and team member. This is a very varied role that includes tasks such as placing recruitment adverts, chasing employment reference for our new starters, supporting our Lead HR Advisor, arranging gifts for our teams, sending birthday cards, booking entertainment for retention events – and all the fun in-between.
