Office Manager West End Law Firm If you are an Office Manager, who has experience of working in a law firm then this West End practice may have the ideal role for you. The firm is in growth mode and need an experienced office manager who is self motivated, and able to take on a variety of tasks to keep the firm running smoothly. You will need to have experience of : • HR Matters – Diversity Reporting, Contracts Holiday. sickness, CPD etc • IT – be the first point of contact for IT issues, and liaise with the outsourced IT function • Maintaining Registers – AML Reporting, Undertakings, Complaints etc • Marketing – updating website, legal 500 • Assisting Partners – Panel Applications, Insurance etc • Experience of process improvement and efficiency's would be welcomed. The ideal candidate will be well organised, have a positive outlook, enjoy working as part of a team, however be self reliant at the same time.
