Office Administrator
Do you have experience in Office Administration? Are you looking for a temporary office role? I have the perfect job for you!!! Mon – Thurs: 8am – 5pm Friday: 8am – 2.30pm Duties will include: • Double checking the calculations on paperwork received from shopfloor to ensure invoicing quantities are correct • Inputting stock onto the internal system • Going through the Finished goods and checking what needs to be despatched out that day • Calling customers to book in deliveries for the following day • Despatching/Invoicing the goods due to be despatched out daily • Inputting the daily despatches onto the hauliers website • Supplying paperwork for the warehouse for pallet wrapping and despatch • Calling hauliers to chase delivery ETA’s when necessary • Order processing • Price checking each order • Filing as and when needed • Ad hoc duties as and when required If this is something you are interested please contact Shannon at M65 Jobsearch
