My client are currently looking for a confident, efficient and organised office administrator to join our ever-growing company. The selected candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): • Responding to emails and answering telephone calls; • Liaising with customers regarding any questions / queries that they may have • Providing general administrative support to the team at all times; • Providing clients with formal quotations and booking in jobs via our bespoke software programme. Essentials: • Quick learner who can think on their feet and use their own initiative. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment – working to tight deadlines. • Accuracy and attention to detail; • Ability to work in a team; • Flexible approach; • Excellent customer service skills; • Excellent organisational skills. Desirable candidate will have: • Good time keeping skills • The ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing • Excellent administration skills, with an eye for attention to detail Contract Hours: Full-time Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm Salary: £19,000.00 to 20,000.00 per annum
