Tradewind Manchester are recruiting! We are supporting a Day Nursery in Knutsford in recruiting a Teaching Assistant in the Early Years. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, then following an initial period working on a temporary basis (typically 12 weeks) this role could become permanent and you may be offered a school contract.The school is seeking an experienced Nursery Nurse or EYFS professional to aid pupils in the who require general support. To be considered for this position you must have a proven track record of working with children in an Early Years setting, including knowledge of Phonics and the EYFS Programme; have strong interpersonal skills; be able to engage pupils and differentiate work according to academic levels and a clear understanding of phonics.To join us and be successful in this Teaching Assistant role, you will need to:* Have experience working with children of EYFS age • Hold a relevant qualification; Level 3 is preferred but not necessary* Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks* Provide a CV with employment/education history included. Babies are supported well to develop their communication & language skills, which results in articulate and confident children by the time they start primary school. Management is very proactive and evaluates its performance accurately; as a result, staff are regularly trained and upskilled. Children also learn a lot about their local community and are given regular opportunities to interact with and learn about the outside world.
