Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking for a skilled multilingual Customer Service professional to join their team on an ongoing, temporary basis. This position will be office-based and the successful person must be fluent in English and all of the following languages: • French • Spanish • Italian Position: Multilingual Customer Service Executive Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Salary: £9 per hour The job will involve… • Dealing with enquiries from customers via phone and email • Working as a team to ensure a first class customer service experience is had by all customers • Building rapport with customers • Keeping internal systems up to date • Administrative duties as required The Person will… • Have experienced working within customer service (required) • Be fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian (required) • Be able to communicate effectively in order to build rapport, show empathy and understand customer queries • Be able to prioritise their work in an ever changing environment • Take a flexible approach to their work • Have strong written and verbal communication skills • Enjoy interaction with customers • Have experience using Salesforce (desirable) Please note that at times due to the volume of applications we may not be able to respond to each person individually.
