If you love health and fitness and want to motivate others to use our centres, and encourage them to be more active, more often, then this role is for you. Our leisure centres can offer a range of facilities including; studio classes, swimming pools and physiotherapy and sports injury clinics. As a Membership Advisor you will drive forward membership and leisure sales. You will be responsible for dealing with all membership enquiries from prospective and current members. You will be targeted on your personal sales performance and will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service are adopted at all times.

If you are driven, have the will to succeed and a love to meet, greet and inspire customers to join our centres then we want to hear from you. To succeed you should possess experience working within a sales and target driven environment, experience within leisure/gym membership sales would be highly beneficial. You will be a motivated, enthusiastic and passionate individual. Customer service is at the heart of this role so you will need to be able to demonstrate at interview where you have provided amazing service that met a customer’s needs.
