The role

This is an incredible opportunity to join our client as a Marketing Resource And Planning Analyst on their Marketing Operations team. They are looking for someone who is great with data and can present this in a user-friendly format and someone who is able to think about different ways to manage competing demands, if this sounds like the role for you then apply now!

Key responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining the planning standards and disciplines required within Marketing
Owning and undertaking data analysis to monitor and inform resource demands. Through the interpretation of data you will need to facilitate rescheduling where required with key stakeholders
Provide oversight to the Marketing Leadership Team on the development and management of plans.
Facilitating planning workshops for key milestones, the critical path, dependencies, planning risks and assumptions
Performing regular reviews of the teams plans and ensure standard are being met
Creating and presenting MI and reporting for senior internal and external stakeholders
Providing guidance and oversight for the identification and tracking of milestones and planning assumptions.
Managing dependencies, ensuring brief owners and external dependencies are identified and tracked through to completion.
Capturing planning lessons learned and incorporating these into planning standards
Managing, controlling, and monitoring the work flow and use of resources for the area
Assisting the prioritisation of requests for resource by negotiation with stakeholders
Informing key stakeholders of expected work volumes
Maintaining a record of the status of all on-going projectsExperience/Competencies Required

Supporting multiple demanding briefs/projects
Effectively balancing long and short-term objectives within the department
Role modelling the appropriate behaviours to develop an effective working culture
Engages and influences key stakeholders across business to ensure the successful delivery of the marketing plan
Identifying conflicting priorities and escalate to appropriate stakeholders
Experience with Product Plan would be advantageous
Competent in Planning and Organising
Have good Communication Skills
Examples of using Facilitation skills
Being confident in Building Relationships
Good Management of themselves and their teams. Examples of both of these would go a long way.
