Marketing Executive

This is a great opportunity for a Marketing Executive who wants to work in a lovely environment, with a friendly and supportive team, where you have the opportunity to develop your skills working in a very creative marketing environment with a consumer product. There is also hybrid working available.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Marketing Manager in all areas of marketing activity, including product launches, promotional activity, consumer shows, online and offline campaigns.
Management of promotional activity/campaigns, activation, evaluation and analysis.
Create initial design concepts, write up briefs, evaluate quotes and brief internal and external persons.
Develop and maintain a strong and productive working relationship with the wider marketing, sales, accounts and customer care teams to fully manage assigned tasks through cross-department collaboration.
Responsible for web updates, both internal and customer web-checks, ensuring accurate product and brand representation.
Manage and grow social media platforms, including designing, planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting – video / photography skills advantageous.
Manage email calendar including planning, building, scheduling and reporting – Email marketing experience advantageous.
Organise and review point of sale (POS) material, monthly material checks and mail outs.
Provide administrative support such as coordinating sales previews, internal or external meetings, preparation of documents, etc.
Be able to analyse and interpret market data, performance statistics and social media activities to provide suggested opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support the setup, organisation and management of trade and consumer shows throughout the year.
Organise PR loans for TV productions, journalists, and influencers. Keep an up-to-date record of which machines have been sent where and when they will be returning. Arrange collections via DPD.
Arrange for ad hoc printing jobs such as posters, flyers or vouchers. Design artwork, gather quotes, and organise distribution.
Proof-read translations, website content and POS.
Create a monthly trade social asset pack for our retailers including relevant images and videos, based on our social calendar.
Update the POS merchandising book and ensure Product Advisors (PAs) & Territory Managers (TMs) have an up-to-date version.
Copywriting for website blogs and social media posts. Skills:

Ability to juggle competing priorities and manage expectations.
Attention to detail – strong proof-reader.
Good copywriting skills.
Computer skills: Strong MS Excel skills are essential, knowledge of other MS Office applications (including PowerPoint and Outlook).
Creative skills: Photography, video and design skills are advantageous: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Premiere Pro) would be advantageous.
Speaking / Writing French would be beneficial, but not essential.
Good time management and co-ordination skills.
Organisational awareness – ability to prioritise workload and work in a busy environment, whilst being flexible to the demands of the business.
Strong communicator in written and verbal communication.
In addition to the above you are required to be proactive in your approach to your work.Qualifications:

Strong MS Office and Adobe suite experience
Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative
Experience with social media – asset creation, scheduling and analysis
