Job Title: Machine Maintenance

Location: Saint Helens

Shifts: 6am-2pm OR 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday 

Pay Rate: £11-£15 p/h (depending on skills and experience)

***Full time & part time production operative roles available with immediate start***

Pay Structure 

– Machine Maintanenece Operative: £11 to £15 per hour (up to 37.5 hours depending on experinece and skills); £13 to £17 per hour (after 37.5 hours). Will increase to up to £12/hour after 12 weeks.

Production Operative Role & Responsibilities;

–       Create reports of breakdowns

–       Reporting major breackdowns to engineering department

–       Fault founding and machine fixing of minor issues

–       Machine maintenance and servicing

–       Responsible for a part of production process

–       Compliance with all policies and procedures

–       Ensuring production is completed to the highest standards

The Successful Candidate;

The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual and hard working. This is a long term opportunity in a role offering great job security as part of a stable team. Previous production, factory, warehouse or packing experience is desirable but not essential.

There a lot of progressions in the company with the possibility to get trained in highr roles / jobs with highest salaries.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of napkins. This role will be ongoing and can lead to a permanent contract for the right candidates after 12 weeks. The company offer a lot of pregressive positions and a fixed shift Monday to Friday.
