Machine Learning Scientist – NLPCambridge, Cambridgeshire (Remote Working Available)£40,000-£60,000 per annum Overview:Our client is an award-winning life sciences/technology company, that specialises in developing deep learning solutions to extract scientific terminology and turn it into machine-readable data, for scientists and doctors to have a real-world impact.You will be an integral part of a brand new AI group, where you will be developing cutting-edge language models, using rule-based analytics systems and semantic technology. This is an exciting new field, that has lots to discover, with real-world use cases!Responsibilities: • Developing machine learning approaches to tasks such as language comprehension, natural language question and answering, relationship extraction, graph learning • Working with customers and partners to integrate APIs in data workflows (whilst testing and documenting) • Ensuring quality through good software development practices and scaling across the software • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and using AI approaches • Working to deliver exceptional customer support Experience Required: • Experience of developing solutions, using Python • Experience utilising machine learning libraries i.e. TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy • Experience using a Python web framework such as Django or Flask • Familiarity with common forms of data such as JSON and XML • Understanding of software deployment tools such as: Maven, Git, Docker, AWS, Jenkins etc. • Experience using ontologies or other semantic technology • And cloud exposure (ideally with AWS) For more information and a full job description, please contact Harry Calvert at TEC Partners and apply below now.
