Brightwork are supporting our key manufacturing client based in South Ayrshire, with the recruitment of a Temporary Logistics Administrator. The Logistics Administrator will support and co-ordinate all relevant duties within the department, liaising with internal divisions (both in the UK and overseas) to coordinator and ensure the smooth running of material logistics. You’ll be tasked with preparing and issuing shipping documentation, including clearance instructions and Proof of Export, whilst liaising with freight forwarders to ensure shipment requirements are met. The successful candidate must have good administrative skills as this role requires you to maintain records of all shipments for internal and external purposes audits. It would be advantageous for candidates to have experience of working in a similar position.
