We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Liverpool Central & North as a CAREGiver. As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.
The requirements of the role varies from client to client, but you may be required to help with, Aspects of personal care i.e toileting, assisting with personal hygiene, to meal preparation, medication prompts, homecare i.e. washing, laundry, and general cleaning duties. We also specialise in Alzheimer’s and dementia care but full training is provided. No experience is required as full training is provided
You would be required to have your own driving licence and vehicle as this is essential due to current circumstances
You will not need any experience of working in the care setting or interacting with older people but it would be desirable if you do . This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will need to have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will need be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will need to enjoy building professional friendships and are comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
As a CAREGiver, you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay up to £9.50 per hour, excellent support, holiday pay, mileage, refer a friend bonus, opportunity for progression and extra qualifications as we offer NVQ Level 1,2 and 3 in Health & Social Care
We pay up to £11 per hour
