An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client as a Lettings Administrator. You will be responsible for processing all of the lettings teams new lets and ensuring all paperwork is in place for prospective tenants to move into their properties as smoothly as possible. Some of the duties you will be responsible for include: • Checking new deals to ensure they are compliant • Liaising with the lettings offices to chase outstanding paperwork • Speaking to tenants and landlords to ensure everything is in place • Speaking to the property management team to ensure any pre-tenancy works are completed • Submitting references and chasing the 3rd party reference team for updates • Creating tenancy agreements • Taking payments for move-in balances • All lettings related admin Key personal capabilities and skills required: • Be reliable and willing to work hard • Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office • Be confident and able to communicate to a high standard • Have a good telephone manner • Be an organised individual able to prioritise workload effectively Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 9:00-5:30 / Saturdays: on a rota basis (1 in 3 or 4 Saturdays) Prize Placements is acting as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.We regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
