Legionella Compliance Manager The FMC Network are currently recruitment for a Legionella Compliance Manager. The Legionella Manager will be looking after a mixture of buildings, and this position will assist in driving operational excellence across the engineering team and portfolio. The day to day duties: • To oversee subcontractors and complete the water logbooks, To ensure all ACOP L8 & HSG274 tasks are covered within the required timeframe and liaise with site on all water activities to ensure the safe operation of the sites water supplies. • The successful candidate will need to pass a BPSS check before commencing this role. Responsibilities • To manage the water logbooks and oversee the existing engineer/s, responsible for ensuring all aspects of the water contract are delivered within the correct timescale. Liaise with subcontractors on water related issues • Complete Water Hygiene and Water Treatment programmes at client site in line with Customer Service Schedules and current legislation. • You will generate a good understanding of the client site and create a strong working relationship with the client • Support planning and booking of client visits • Support the site & liaise with sub-contractors to ensure all work is carried out suitably • Ensure all paperwork is correct from sub-contractors and logbooks completed • Sound knowledge of BS8580, ACoP L8, HSG274 & HTM04-01 • Use of PC & knowledge of Windows environment • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook including calendars • Full clean driving licence • Previous knowledge and experience in Government and FM environment If you’re interested in the above Legionella Compliance Manager position please contact Ryan Evans on
