The role This is a great opportunity for a Legal Secretary to support an experienced residential property team who deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing. They are looking for a Legal Secretary who has previous experience supporting a conveyancing department and is very familiar with all the forms and who is able to do the following: • Open a file • Deal with the Land Registry return forms • Stamp Duty • Preparing a file for completion, completion statements etc. What they are looking for • Legal Secretary who has at least 2 years’ experience supporting a residential property department • Familiar with conveyancing forms and processes • Accurate and fast typing speeds • Professional and hardworking • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Willing with a positive attitude.
