This is not a work from home role and you will be required to work from the Clevedon offices.The Candidate? Educated to Degree level or equivalent? At least 5 years of experience delivering learning and development solutions within a global organization.? Operational training experience. Must be able to develop and deliver training modules for common business competencies? In-depth understanding of learning and development practices and experience of multiple delivery mechanisms? High degree of interpersonal and human relations skills. Must be able to collaborate with and consult with a wide range of people across the business.? Excellent planning and organizational skillsThe RoleThe Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of learning and development initiatives such as management development programmes, performance management initiatives, core and functional competency training programmes and talent management programmes for Product Company Clevedon. The incumbent will be responsible for researching best practice, supporting the design and delivery of training programmes and will ensure to ensure key projects and initiatives are embedded successfully. The incumbent will take ownership and be a super user for the Learning Management System (LMS) and will be responsible for ensuring that the LMS is used to maximum effectiveness.? Responsible for researching best practice, supporting design, development and implementation within PC Clevedon to deliver key development initiatives i.e. management development, performance management and high potential development programmes.? Work with the HR Manager UK PC’s to develop a Learning & Development framework that improves performance and capability, driving employee engagement and retention.? Ensure that learning is delivered in a way that incorporates different learning approaches from digital execution, classroom based training and basic communication.? Strong collaboration with Divisional L&D Specialists, Early Careers Talent Specialist, HR Manager UK PC‘s and line managers to support them in identifying learning needs through to effective execution and implementation.? Specifically develop a solution for the front-line manager population to upskill entry level managers and supervisors to provide the capability to fulfil their managerial responsibilities effectively.? Develop and grow competences across managers and leaders from entry level through to mid/senior management to meet business expectations.? Work closely with the LMS central team to develop online content for the digital platform to support PC Clevedon.? To develop and manage a preferred supplier list (PSL) for external training providers to ensure that all training requirements can be met to a high standard and in a timely manner. Produce training data and reports as required by the business?
