Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer to work for an independent business based in Hertfordshire. Our client is looking for someone who is motivated, customer focused, and sales driven.

The starting salary is negotiable for the right candidate, along with commission.

The Role:

* Greeting customers in the showroom

* Arranging and managing your own diary with appointments

* Working with customers to design and create their dream kitchens

* Carrying out home visits and taking measurements

* Engaging with customers and taking their requirements on board

* Designing kitchens and bathrooms using Winner

* Working with the other departments to ensure that the customers are continually kept updated

* Providing the highest levels of customer service at all times

The Candidate:

* Previous experience within a customer facing role

* Previous kitchen design experience

* Knowledge of German kitchens

* A proven track record in sales

* Proficient in using Winner or CAD to design

* A key eye for design or a creative flare

* Computer literate and confident

* Outstanding customer service skills

* Self-motivated, keen, and hard working

* Energetic, welcoming, and friendly

* Full driving licence and car

This is a permanent role, working across five days a week, which will include a Saturday. Working hours are between 9am-4.30pm however, flexibility is needed due to the nature of the role.
