Acorn Recruitment is looking for an Internal Key Account Co-ordinator for an expanding Facilities Management Company based in South Wales on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate would be someone who is confident in dealing with both contractors and clients and working in a fast paced environment. The requirements of the role are: • Ability to manage day to day performance of the FM division. • Build relationships to drive sales (alongside GM) Deliver the administrative tasks whilst driving the FM process to completion. • Project co-ordination and internal management is key, from planning of works through to the progress reporting back all stakeholders and invoicing. • Coordinate our supplier relationship in line with the procurement department. • Manage the supplier from quotation, selection, works specific documentation and planning. Drive continuous process improvements, achieve performance targets, maximise customer satisfaction and company profit.
