Go Gousto IT Support Engineer Working in a team of IT Support Engineers, Analysts and Infrastructure Specialists
– you will support new projects and work closely with our development team on exciting new technologies.

As a 1st & 2nd line IT Support Engineer at Gousto, you will be delivering hands-on technical assistance resolving various types of user platform issues and queries.

Be responsible for the management of our Google Workspaces tenant from a security, configuration and maintenance perspectives.

Be a key participant in our efforts to roll out and manage Single Sign On (SSO) and Life Cycle Management capabilities through OKTA.

Participate in the remote management and maintenance of our user devices using Antivirus and Mobile Device Management platforms Participate in the user onboarding/offboarding process where required.

With you on board as a key member of the team you’ll quickly get stuck in and suggest ways of improving our setup.

Become very familiar with our Google Workspace setup and become the subject matter expert in managing our tenant and be able to competently deal with issues and requests on your own.

Become very familiar with our AV and MDM solutions and be able to support the rest of the team in maintaining the platforms.

Familiarise yourself with our OKTA tenant and become You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers and employees to ensure best in service and tech support at Gousto.

Your Skills Strong knowledge of Google Workspaces (GSuite) Ability to use Google Apps and Microsoft Office 365 Very good knowledge of OKTA and its applications Providing effective technical support across multiple sites Knowledge of installing, configuring and troubleshooting technical platforms Strong communication skills working with all levels of seniority Ability to deliver SLA’s and prioritise workstreams Knowledge of using Azure Active Directory Nice to have GSuite certifications Microsoft & Cisco Certifications Cloud Architecture and networking exposure Click here to see our benefits
