We are seeking an Investor Access Events Scheduler to join J.P. Morgan’s EMEA Investor Access Team in London on a 3 months contract to help with 2 upcoming major conferences during the summer months. The team is responsible for arranging a range of corporate and expert access events for our equity and credit institutional investor clients and also provides Investor Relations services to the firm’s corporate clients. This role is for a FICC 1:1 scheduler specialist with previous experience working in a similar role at another investment banking organisation.

Conferences

  • Schedule FICC conferences
  • Liaise with internal and external clients on conferences, sending and revising investor and corporate schedules for live and ongoing events
  • Manage J.P. Morgan’s EMEA conference inbox on a daily basis, ensuring all requests are actioned
  • Register investor and J.P. Morgan’s attendees in relevant Event Management systems
  • Provide support to the conference co-ordinators during the event
  • Run the post conferences’ stats and various attendance reports

Other Investor Access Events & Products

If time permits, help the rest of the team on other execution matters, including but not limited to the execution of Non Deal Roadshows and Bespoke Investor trips

Skills

We are looking for a highly motivated and hard-working individual with previous Conference Scheduling expeirence within the investment banking environment.

  • Previous experience as Conference 1:1 scheduler
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills
  • Proven ability to multi task and work under time pressure
  • Strong knowledge of the capital markets
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team but is also a self-starter
  • Ability to work long hours during events

This role will allow for remote working 2 -3 days per week.
