To be successful in the role, the International Customer Service role needs to be accountable for focusing their activity and time management by delivering against the following
Qualifications, skills & experience needed:
Minimum 2 to 4 years customer service experience
Excellent processing skills
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Manage complex order process flow
Experience in CRM and ERP systems
Strong attention to detail
Continue to perform under pressure
Multi-task, prioritise, manage time and workload effectively
Work on own initiative and also as part of a team
Flexible and able to adapt to changes required by the business Beneficial
Pharmaceutical industry or healthcare experience
Experience in Export
Foreign language: Portuguese, Spanish or Arabic
