Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year

We are working with a global leader in the design, development and manufacture of acrylic-based products. The Darwen site focuses on the manufacture of cast acrylic sheet, liquid dispersions and colour.

They are looking for a confident, ambitious and driven individual to join a diverse Sales team. To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for building relationships and providing an excellent service to your customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Taking responsibility of your own portfolio of customers, providing a professional and efficient service

* Building relationships with existing customers whilst identifying opportunities for new business development

* Using high attention to detail and an organised approach to ensure orders are processed and delivered OTIF

* Using expert product knowledge to handle customer enquiries and complaints to full resolution

* Liaising with internal departments and external companies to ensure a smooth sales process

* Ensuring all sales documentation, including export/customs paperwork, is completed accurately and in line with HMRC regulations

Skills and Experience

* Fluent in English and German (any other languages are beneficial but not essential)

* Knowledge of international trade and export documentation

* A passion, drive and ability to deliver sales and identify sales opportunities

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt within a fast changing market

* Professional and personable style to develop strong customer relationship

* Able to use initiative and work independently, whilst also working as part of a larger team

* SAP Experience (not essential as training will be provided)
