We are delighted to represent our client, who are a specialist lender, in their search for an Internal Sales Business Development Manager. They are looking for a sales professional who isn’t afraid to hit the phones and has exposure to Bridging. You can have either a lender or broker background for this role and it is in Altrincham. This opportunity also provides HOT and WARM broker leads which you will take ownership of when bought on. Responsibilities: • Building the business loan book • Maintaining and finding both brokers and introducers, in order to gain referrals for bridging and development finance. • Exhaust all leads whilst working closely with the board of directors (Maintaining a proactive and consultative approach) • Ensuring all Financial deals are executed and secure; To allow you to recommend appropriate terms.
