REED in Teesside are currently working with a leading distributor based in Darlington who are looking to appoint a full time, permanent Internal Sales Account Manager. You will be working with 2x designated External Reps across the Midlands and South Central regions of the UK and supporting them with 500 live B2B accounts with all account management and sales activity. Paying up to £22K with OTE, and also remote working available for the foreseeable future (this could be subject to change) you will be part of an established team of 6 account managers. You will make a positive contribution to the success of the sales territory and together represent the Company and its product portfolio. You will contribute to increasing the Company’s positive market profile along with developing and maintaining great business to business relationships with their customers. You will also liaise with your colleagues within the business to overcome challenges/obstacles and develop effective and constructive solutions for the customer. The successful candidate will have experience in sales and account management who has the natural ability to converse well with others and provide excellent service to customers. You will have excellent relationship building skills who is able to build rapport quickly and effectively. The successful candidate will have the following:  Able to develop and maintain positive business to business relationships on the telephone and email.  Able to take on information regarding product specifics and absorb effectively.  Proven track record of sales and achieving individual and team targets/goals Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Innovative thinker with creative problem-solving skills.  Organisation is KEY to the success of this role. A flexible approach
