The role will be critical to the development and success by meeting and exceeding KPIs and business targets through continuous improvement of operational processes, excellent customer service and increase awareness of our brand. Key Responsibilities · Support the Key Account Managers on dedicated accounts. · Provide quotes to customers in a timely manner. Ensuring that you provide the best possible solution. · Follow up with customer on all quotes sent and discuss any questions, concerns, timelines. · Deal with incoming queries on all quotes and ensure a proactive service. · Work closely with the sales support and sales team on incoming queries. · Proactively build rapport with the customers to build long lasting relationships. · Achieve sales target on dedicated accounts. · Continually seek to raise standards and efficiency across all processes. · Provide world class customer service – develop a detailed understanding of and empathy towards customer needs and expectations and seek to exceed these through continuous improvement and development · Develop a detailed understanding of our customers, products, and capabilities · Use product knowledge, and product experience to create the best option for the customer · Actively monitor KPI’s and business targets and take action to ensure they are achieved · Anticipate and highlight problems and take appropriate action to avoid disruption to service levels Candidate Requirements · Confidence to contact customers on the phone · Previous experience in internal sales or customer services is desirable, but not essential · Excellent interpersonal skills · Ability to make decisions and use initiative · Can do attitude and willing to go the extra mile · Passion for excellent customer service · Good IT skills, particularly excel This is a fantastic opportunity for the the successful individual to for fill a full time, permanent employee.
