UK IM Infrastructure Capacity & Performance Manager required for long term contract assignment with a multi national defence company. This role can be based out of Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton with some hybrid work available.

Candidate must be ITIL V3/V4 Foundation qualified.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this job would be expert at Capacity Management and Performance (CPM) analysis of 'on-premise' physical and virtual infrastructure components such as servers, storage and the applications and databases that run on those components. In addition, you will also be highly capable of monitoring and analysing performance issues within Network and Cloud environments.
You are also extensively experienced in using systems management tools and data sources for the purpose of Performance Monitoring and Analysis; Capacity Management.
You will be a practitioner and champion for ITIL Capacity Management Process supporting ITIL service management best practices.
This opportunity will require the successful candidate to define, establish and operate a Capacity and Performance Management discipline in MBDA-UK. This will include the need to market and promote the requirements and the importance of the discipline across the decision makers and consumers in the UK. The candidate will collaborate widely with other service owners in the UK and in other countries and will also work closely with our MSP's.
