HR Process Project Specialist – PoliciesLondon FTC Up to £60,000 My client a leading international law firm based in stunning offices in the City of London, are looking for a HR Process Project Specialist – Policies to join their wider HR team on an FTC basis. A broad and exciting opportunity for a HR process expert. The HR Process Project Specialist – Policies, will report directly to the Senior Manager for HR Operations and will be responsible for providing specialist expertise to manage and develop services across the HR function specifically around HR policies and guidelines. The key duties will include: • Leveraging thorough knowledge of Employee Relations policies, effectiveness practice and legislation across multiple jurisdictions to accurately diagnose the Firm’s needs and design relevant interventions that specifically address business issues. • Working collaboratively with the General Counsel’s Office to ensure compliance with the Firm’s governance procedures. • Working collaboratively with the Diversity & Inclusion team to ensure that the policies and guidelines support the continued development of the Firm’s inclusive culture. • Working collaboratively with HR Operations to establish robust governance processes and routines that will equip the HR Business Partnering teams with tools to track Employee Relations cases, highlight trends and identify risks to the Firm. • Provide Employee Relations analysis and expert insight, thought leadership, including best practice and external trends, and develop appropriate recommendations to meet business needs. • Design, develop and deliver training sessions to equip HR Business Partnering teams and managers/supervisors to incorporate Employee Relations best practice into their every-day business interactions and understanding of ER’s case management. • Identify and monitor risks and issues and resolve or escalate as appropriate. • Gain insight to drive, engage and oversee change to ensure a continuous improvement approach. The HR Process Project Specialist – Policies, will have excellent knowledge of HR policies and processes, HR project management and internal consulting skills, strong problem solving and decision making experience, good relationship management skills and communication. Excellent written and verbal communication, able to listen, adapt and influence, as well as sound HR practice knowledge.
