HR Partner Contract: Fixed term for 12 months, working 21 hours per week (over 3 full days) Salary: £32,615 (pro rata) per annum Location: Cambridge or Brighton Arts Council England is seeking a human resource professional. We are looking for an experienced and inclusive HR Partner to support and positively impact our staff and business. The role comes with a salary of £32,615 per annum and an excellent benefits package. You will be joining an agile team leading on skills development across our business to enable our staff to deliver our new 'Let’s Create' strategy. In your first week in this HR administrator role, you should expect to undertake the following: Partnering with the South East team based in our Cambridge and Brighton offices Working across other national teams to support the relationship with our HR Service Centre Providing collaborative support on issues related to staff contracts, occupational health referrals and absence management and taking responsibility for our Learning and Development In the coming 12 months, we will re-launch our performance management system, and we aspire to achieve IiP platinum status. As a human resource partner, you will have the opportunity to be involved in this and other critical cultural change projects. The HR role will suit a generalist from a recruitment or admin background, including recruitment consultants, HR officers and HR advisors. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact as we move into delivering our new strategy in what has been the most challenging of times for the Arts and Culture Sector.
