HR Analyst, Success Factors – 12m FTC

We are looking for experienced professionals to join us as we make this change journey in a brand new team. So not only are you going to be involved in an exciting transformation programme, you will be shaping the culture of a brand new team.
You will be responsible for the in-life management of BT’s People Systems covering solution design, build, and issue management, seeking to optimise the cost to serve and the colleague experience.
They are responsible for the business administration and configuration of the People Systems.
You will continue to work closely with the HR Transformation as the future systems roadmap is developed and delivered, taking accountability for all in-life functionality.
As part of in-life management you will play a key role in ensuring BT continues to fully exploit and benefit from future product developments working across the community, HR, vendors and other customers.
You’ll have the following responsibilities Responsible for the global processes and system(s) within their SME specialised area Partner with key stakeholders, Global Process Owners, Product Owners, Solution Administrators, Technology and vendors sharing knowledge and delivering the expected colleague experience Accountable for the configuration, maintenance and operation of the system(s) including: undertaking configuration and ensuring the associated data workbook remains up to date providing in-life operational support including administration and configuration changes as required oversee daily administration and maintenance of the system, working with internal colleagues and 3rd party vendors as required manage module specific role based permissions Responsible for managing SaaS Updates and change requests Responsible for providing in-life support for colleague issues You’ll have the following skills & experience Understanding of the HR function including local HR legislation impacts on systems and processes with a specific focus on SuccessFactors reporting and analytics modules Experience of working e2e across a service delivery value chain In-depth knowledge of the HR SaaS solution
