HR Advisor x 2 roles (Retail and Manufacturing)

Location: Barton-upon-Humber

Department: Human Resources

Salary Details: £28,000 – £35,500 including £2k yearly Bonus

About The Company

Established kitchen manufacturer who are currently experiencing significant growth and are looking to expand their HR team!

About The Role

Main responsibilities:

* Provide robust written and verbal HR advice to stakeholders, prepare case related documentation and ensure the correct and consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the business area, whilst adhering to procedural timescale

* Work closely with linemanagers and department heads within the business area, to ensure a consistent approach to people management and compliance with Company policies and rules

* Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across all organisational levels, including senior management, build credibility as a 'specialist' Advisor and attend key business updates / management meetings, as appropriate

* Support the HR Business Partner in reviewing and implementing new HR Policies & Procedures, in line with changes to relevant employment legislation, coach and support linemanagers to ensure these are embedded across the business

* Manage a varied caseload of Employment Relations

* To work flexibly in line with the needs of the business and carry out any other reasonable duties

About You

Desired skills and knowledge:

* Currently holds or is working towards a level-5 CIPD qualification

* Previous HR experience in a Manufacturing or FMCG environment is desirable

* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

* Strong microsoft excel and report collation skills

* A proactive approach, with the ability to work on own initiative

* A collaborative approach with the ability to integrate effectively within a diverse team

* A pragmatic decision-maker

* Willingness to travel and work from other sites

* Working knowledge of Russian/Latvian/Lithuanian language would be an advantage but isn’t essential
