This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor (12 month FTC) to join the team on either a full or part time basis. You'll get involved in a variety of tasks from projects to employee relations. Client Details Our client are a growing retail franchise going through a period of change. They are ideally looking for a HR Advisor with ER experience as well as TUPE experience. Description The main duties of the HR Advisor (12 month FTC) are: • Coach and support line managers in the application of HR policies and practices, providing advice and guidance to bring out the best in our people, and to resolve any people-related challenges • Ensure active management of all Employee Relations disciplines including: grievance, disciplinary, absence management, performance management, and employee well being and support • Involvement in HR projects • Ensure policies and procedures are up to date and developed where needed • Management and maintenance of systems • Knowledge of TUPE would be beneficial Profile We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a similar role and ideally, somebody who can start immediately. This is a 12 month maternity cover so the sooner somebody can start the better. Job Offer HR Advisor (12 month FTC) in Crewe. Salary: £30,000- £34,000 per annum.
