An exciting, dynamic life sciences business in Cambridge is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join the company on a temporary basis. The contract will be a minimum of 3 months.

You will support the Head of People to deliver a comprehensive HR service to a Bio tech company. 
Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

Preparing offer letters and contracts
Updating contractual agreements e.g. changes to terms and conditions and salary adjustments etc
Collating and Submitting monthly payroll information onto the UK payroll portal for sign off
Management of Swiss, German and US payroll administration.The right person for this role has HR administrator experience (generalist role), strong IT skills, experience of advising and supporting line managers on HR best practice and excellent written and oral communication skills.

This role is hybrid with a minimum of 1 visit a week to the office, there will be more visits at the beginning for training purposes.
