HR Administrator – working from home £12-£13 per hour Temporary 3 month contract Are you an experienced HR administrator with strong Excel skills? Are you available immediately for a 3-month Temp contract? Our client is looking for a strong Administrator to work with their HR support services team to start ASAP. Your duties will include: • Preparing reports for managers and HR team, using a bespoke HR system and payroll reports • Supporting HR Business Partner (HRBP) with data for Salary Survey and other requests – • Progressing role change requests from managers in line with the staffing budgets on thr HR system • Supporting the team with projects such the Right to Work, uploading documents and supporting checks • Supporting HRBP with completing job evaluation score sheets, benchmarking activities and note taking This role will need excellent attention to detail along with a methodical approach to your work and excellent communication skills. Strong Administration experience is required and previous HR/ Payroll would be highly advantageous. You will also need to be able to work well on your own and using initiative as this role will be home based. All equipment is provided.
