I am currently representing my client; a precision manufacturer in Sheffield; on their search for a Part time HR Administrator. This is a standalone role and you will be working 16 – 20 hours a week.
* Provide administrative support for recruitment, including creating job descriptions, adverts, arranging interviews.
* Ensure the onboarding and offboarding processes are handled professionally. Carry out new starter inductions, exit interviews, and arrange medicals.
* Administration of the performance review process.
* Monitor absence and ensure it is managed consistently.
* Administrative support (note-taking) for employee relations casework including disciplinaries, grievances, absence.
* Support learning and development initiatives, including MentorLive/ Digital system.
* Provide assistance for work permit applications, if required, and control the Swiss work notification process.
* Administration of staff benefits including pension, employee referral, healthcare and benefit schemes.
* Ensure all HR administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
* Maintain employee records accurately and securely in electronic systems.
* Ensure HR and payroll data retention policy is adhered to.
* Provide monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc management and HR metrics reports, as required.
