REED Business Support are working with a rapidly growing Financial Services client, based in the heart of Bristol. Customer Service Advisors and Helpdesk Consultants – Full Time, Permanent. Training: Extensive training will be offered to you from day 1, to ensure you are set up to succeed. A dedicated programme will be provided, side by side coaching and fantastic informative workshops. We are keen to speak to bright and enthusiastic candidates, from a range of Customer Service backgrounds and can demonstrate the following skills:• Extremely passionate about providing great customer service• Experience of working in Customer Services – Retail, Travel, Hospitality, Office based, anything!• A high level of admin support• Strong written and verbal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and well under pressure• Competent IT user – Microsoft Office• Minimum of 5 A*-C GCSEs (English and Maths are essential)• Keen to learn, keen to challenge their peers and push the company and team forwards Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working between the hours of 8.00am – 7.00pm, Monday to Friday. There might be the possibility of 1 x Saturday morning in 3 in the near future, 9.30am – 12.30pm.
