Help Desk Advisor An opportunity has arisen for a Help Desk Advisor to join our client's team in the Winchester Office who work within the Facilities Maintenance Sector. Duties & Responsibilities:To provide high quality, professional administrative support to the business. To work alongside the Operations and Business Support teams to maintain Help desk systems, ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures. We are looking for someone who can respond quickly and confidently to enquiries while at the same time delivering great customer service. Duties & Responsibilities Initial handling and logging of client requests via telephone or email Liaise with and provide feedback to customers on the progress of jobs Liaise with external contractors Create jobs using our customer database Relaying instructions to engineers and collating details of works in progress Liaise with contract managers and engineers to ensure effective communication Updating client portals Raise purchase orders for materials and subcontractors Educated to GCSE or Equivalent in Qualification in Maths and English Previous experience working in a front-line customer advisor / help desk Role Previous experience dealing with customer queries Excellent written and verbal communication skills If successful you will be joining a very forward-thinking organisation that can offer great prospects and opportunities for the right candidates.
